Cottage cheese salad with purple basil leaves

Last week was preety hectic
prepared this simple salad

from freshly plucked basil purple ruffles leaves
from my herb garden


Recipe name Cottage cheese salad with basil leaves
Ingredient
cubed cottage cheese
tomato half chopped
cucumber chopped
salt as per taste
black pepper pinch
leaves of purple basil 5 to 6
extra virgin olive oil
procedure
in a mixing bowl ,toss everything together,
keep in refrigerator till the time of serving
serve chilled.

    I always dream of having a herb garden, nothing beats the use of fresh herbs in the cooking
