    wow!!beautiful design!!!nice entry...
    Thank u for asking...Usually chinese use mustard oil for their preparations.this can alter the taste.i dont like to use that.......i used olive oil because its very healthy.i have also used canola oil.and no this doesnt alter the taste.u can use any oil u have on hand!!!!
