here goes the recipe
ingredients
besan(gram flour) 2 cups
3 onions
carom seeds 1tsp
red chili 1tsp
salt to taste
water to mix
oil to fry two tbsp
mix all the ingredients
heat oil in wok
when hot enough
with help of tablespoon put the mixture in small parts in the oil
keep turning till brown from both sides
enjoy with hot tea
after the pakodas relaxed myself with hot badam milk mtrs..
