Kadhai wala Bhindi bhujia

Recipe name wok fried okra
ingredient
LADY'S FINGER WASHED AND CUT INTO 1/2"PIECES
ONION CHOPPED ONE
GINGER CHOPPED 1tsp

salt to taste
coriander powder 2tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
garam masala powder 1/2tsp
red chili powder 1/2sp
amcur powder 1/2tsp
cumin seeds 1/2tsp
tomato one chopped to garnish
oil 1tbsp
PROCEDURE
heat oil in pan
add cumin seeds
after a minute add onions and ginger,fry till onions are soft
add okra and fry on slow fire ,till they become soft and crispy
add all the spices'

mix well
leave on fire for 2,3 minutes
garnish with tomato and serve hot
