Ghee bhath from bengali kitchen

THIS RECIPE IS FOR THE RCI BENGAL HOSTED BY Sandeepa
Recipe name - Ghee bath
ingredients
basmati rice cooked two cups

ghee/clarified butter 3tbsp
cloves 4
cinnamon 2
bayleaves 2
black peppercorn 3
salt
procedure
heat the clarified butter ,saute the cloves,cinnamon,bayleaves and peppercorns for a few seconds.

add the rice and saute for 1 minute
