Ingredient needed
Cooked Arhar Dal
kneaded dough
For tempering
Ghee
Cumin seeds
Procedure
Roll out small poori
shape them in the form of inverted triangle
slowly slide them in cooked dal
and pressure cook for 3 to 4 whistles
temper with ghee and cumin seeds
Serve hot with Chokha ,pickle and curd .

This is my all time favorite comfort food. Very filling and extremely tasty.
This meal sounds hearty and rustic! I have had dhoklis but did not know about this dish. Off to see the choke.
