Since the day i have started cooking , i have tried almost all the veggies prepared at my home, trying to replicate the same aroma which comes when my mother cooks, spinach is something with which i havent experimented much ,way back in 2008 when i had started this space i tried Palak Paneer from a cook book which i have shared here , since then nothing new in my blog with spinach, but now since Advay has started eating vegetables , i try to introduce more of yellow and green vegetable to him whenever i can, December i experimented with spinach and chicken to prepare this curry , and recreated Aloo Palak Paratha from Shvetas Cooking Blog .Last week when i saw spinach leaves in my fridge , i thought of preparing potato spinach sabzi the same way my mother prepares , paired the sabzi with chapathi, curd rice, tamatar dal and pickle.
