TIRANGA MURGH TEEN RANG KE SHIMLA MIRCH SE

Few days back thought of preparing chicken,..but i was too lazy to browse for recipes,.thought of preparing chicken do pyaza initialy,..my all time favourite...but changed my mind when i saw leftover capsicums in the fridge,..yellow,green and red...i had already chopped onion ,garlic and green chilli...so thought of including capsicums too,.as i used all the three colour capsicum,.named this dish TIRANGA MURGH..
INGRREDIENTS
CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS TWO( 300GM)
ONION TWO CHOPPED
GARLIC CLOVE SIX CHOPPED
RED CHILLI 2 CHOPPED
CAPSICUM ONE FOURTH EACH OF RED,GREEN AND YELLOW CHOPPED
SALT TO TASTE
OIL TO COOK
BLACK PEPPER HALF TSP
CLOVES 4 TO 6
CUMIN SEEDS OE TSP
DRYRED CHILLI TWO CRUSHED
TURMERIC POWDER HALF TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER HALF TSP
CORIANDER POWDER HALF TSP
BAY LEAF ONE CRUSHED
PROCEDURE
HEAT ONE TSP OF OIL IN WOK
ADD CUMIN SEEDS ONCE THEY START SPLUTTERING
ADD CHOPPED ONION ,GARLIC AND RED CHILLI
KEEP FRYING TILL ONION START LOOSIN THEIR COLOUR
NOW ADD BALCK PEPPER,CLOVES,DRY RED CHILLI AND BAY LEAF
FOLLOWED BY THE TURMERIC POWDER,RED CHILLI ,CORIANDER POWDER AND SALT
ONCE OIL IS SEEN ALONG THE SIDES OF THE WOK
ADD CAPSICUM THREE FOURTH ,LEAVE REST FOR GARNISHING
FOLLOWED BY CHICKEN,.
KEEP STIRRING,IF NEEDED ADD HALF CUP OF WATER
COVER AND COOK FOR FEW MINUTES
JUST BEFORE REMOVING FOM FLAME ADD LEFT OVER CAPSICUMS
AND MIX WELL
SERVE HOT WITH ROTI OR NAN
PROTEIN CONTENT IN CHICKEN DRUMSTICK FRIED IS APPROX 13.21gm
