crispy version of bhindi...this is my mas recipe have altered few things....tastes best with dal chawal....or with parantha...very simple and easy to make...
well the ingredients which u need are
bhindi cut into vertical pieces 400gm enough for two people
salt to taste
make mixture of rechilli,coriander,turmeric and salt and keep aside
oil to cook one teaspoon will do if using nonstick
besan two tablespoon
well heat oil in the non stick pan,,,,add bhindi,,,keep frying not much,,,now add the masala mixture,,,mix properly,,,now add besan and cover and cook ...
thats all ,,,
