Garam Kulhad wala doodh aur thandi malaidar kulfi

Its almost summers here and i guess this is the best time indulge in sweet desserts like kulfi, ice candies, lassi and other summer delights ,these days Kulfi Falooda stall can be seen everywhere in delhi,this season i tried Kulfi Falooda at Chandni Chowk and Sarojini Nagar Market ,
 
and tried the same without Falooda at home,
Recipe name Kulfi
Recipe category dessert
Preparation time one hr
Freezing time 3 to 4 hrs
Ingredient needed
1.5ltr full cream milk
sugar as per taste
coconut powder one tbsp
coarsely grounded almond,pistachio and cashewnut 
saffron strands pinch
Procedure
Transfer milk in a vessel and and keep on low flame to thicken
(this will take time )
 add sugar,ground cardamom,ground dryfruits and saffron strands
let it simmer for 15 mins.
Once done remove from flame and let it cool.
this thick milk can be used in two ways
Once the thick milk cools down it can be served chilled or warm as Kulhad wala doodh topped with Malai
Kulhad wala doodh is another common street food of delhi ,mostly available in winters.
or can be poured in kulfi mould and freezed for few hrs .
Kulfi can served alone or topped with falooda.
